Geology of Hastings

Earthscope: Continental plate dynamics.
Hasting hosted a US Array site for 2 years (2006-07). Hastings providesd a site for sophisticated equipment that detects earth movements and reports it via the internet in real time. In 2008 it will be converted to a site in the Berkeley Seismological Lab; a state-wide network of earth movement sensors.
