Ranch House Restored in 2011, wireless internet, two baths, large screened porch, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living rooms, 22 beds, Bunks lower is full sized, twin above; double folds up as couch), and cots on screened porch.

House Cottage (New in 1992, three bedrooms, each with
bunk; sleeps 6. Large living room, kitchen, laundry. Handicapped

Red House Cabins (Replaced single 1930's cabn in 2011 with
two new cabins, each sleeps 4, with two bedrooms, bath, kitchen, laundry,
living and dining rooms. Modular buildings, deck, handicapped access)
Robertson House (Rebuilt in 1991, 5 bedrooms, large screen porch, sleeps 8) Phone Number: 831 659-9231
School House (New in 1929) Remodeled in 1950s. In 2011 new windows, electrical, plumbing, insulation in 2011. Facility was used to house resident staff until 2011 cutbacks in budget at UC. Future use to be determined. Additional needs include interior and exterior painting, and new roof in places.
Stucco House (New in 1965, 2 bedrooms, one bath, large living/dining room, sleeps up to 4)
Hastings Cabin (Rebuilt in 2011,wireless internet, insulated sleeping porch with new windows,two full beds, back bedroom with twin bed; kitchen; living room, bath with shower))
Classroom/Dining/Meeting Room (Modular classroom seats 25, with open commercial kitchen in corner, seating area for 6-8, rest room, handicapped accesible). Phone Number 831 659 3987.
